The business is comprised of two primary business units; Datapulse, a Nortel Networks technology partner, and IDL, a Cisco AVVID partner. Simon Philips, Edward Mallinckrodt and a private investor, Martin Gill teamed up with Mettoni's management to acquire the business from Ernst & Young in August 2002.
