XenZone Adds to Clinical and Evaluation Expertise with Two New Director-Level Appointments

Dr Lynne Green and Aaron Sefi Join Senior Management Team

Digital mental health pioneer XenZone has announced two director appointments as the organisation adds to its clinical capability. Dr Lynne Green joins as Clinical Director while Aaron Sefi moves within XenZone to become Research and Evaluation Director.

Incoming Clinical Director Dr Lynne Green is a consultant clinical psychologist with 20 years’ NHS experience. In addition to being the lead psychologist within inpatient CAMHS in Lancashire, Lynne has a passion for supporting those with eating disorders, having trained with experts at The University of Oxford in cognitive behavioural approaches, and subsequently set up specialist outpatient provision to reduce hospital admissions for children in Lancashire.

Aaron Sefi assumes his new role of Research and Evaluation Director with immediate effect. During his nine years at XenZone, Aaron built XenZone’s Counselling Goals System (CoGS) outcome tool, has conducted and published research on Kooth in various peer-reviewed
journals and has worked with Clinical Commissioning Groups and Local Authority commissioners to shape models for integrated early intervention services.
